The parking was very easy and the best price I could find.

Dry easy both arrival and departure

I have always rated this company until I had an issue while on holiday with my booking and the response from customer services was to wash their hands of me . I contacted Manchester Airport whose customer service (Shazad), took the time and effort to help resolve my issue. FHR take note, I will not be using your service again. If only you had directed me I would have been praising you instead of Manchester airport team .

Easy to find. Had to drive around quite a bit to find a space. Maybe identifying lights to indicate where spaces are

Top star parked right opposite T2. Good for going and great for coming back too hope we can get that space again when we travel thankd

Everything went well except difficult to find blue badge space on level B (no spaces) and C one space tucked away.

No problem with enter or exit ad the car was there when we returned, can't ask any more than that. Lost a star because of the cost.

Good location for t2 - but needed more signs. Do not go up to level D which is meet and greet only and if you do you can’t get back down without getting out and moving cones which isn’t ideal when you are in a rush

Excellent location if travelling to/from T2 at Manchester. But the signage was poor. Even the entrance I don't think said 'This is T2 EAST'. From the Arrival Hall I don't recall seeing a single sign to T2 EAST Car Park. Many signs for T2 WEST Car Park, but that wasn't where my car was! Eventually solved my frustration by asking a helpful airport employee - and even he wasn't totally sure how to get to it!

I went past the paid for time due to a vehicle problem and needed the AA to come. There wasn't any extra charge. The fhr part of the transaction was easy, with confirmation email arriving immediately.

Parked in Multi Storey T2 East for departure and returning at T2. Quite surprised to find a good number of spaces available on the lower floors and the spaces themselves are quite large. Easy access to the terminal from the car park just a few minutes walk. Prebooking means auto entry and exit from the car park, so all in all an excellent experience compared to the rest of the horrors you have to put up with at Manchester Airport at the moment!

Its a concrete car park.... not sure what else is there to say... Oh the lifts arent working either

easy to use, hard to get home. had to use back way, whhich sent us through closed motorways. More should be done with signage on regular intervals

Easy booking process, no problem finding a parking space and a 'dry' 3 minute walk into Terminal 2. Not clearly signposted when departing the terminal after you have collected your baggage; T2 West is very clearly signposted, but not T2 East. Overall, a good experience.

Multi-storey T2 is best for accessibility if you are in a wheelchair. Straight across from T2 departure check in and special assistance desk. Car recognition worked fine and disabled spots available.

Easy booking, car park right next to T2, would recommend.

easy to book and easy to locate car park. i think there ought to be zones clearly marked for each floor within this car park as it is hard to find your car. the grace period was very useful as my flight was delayed by 3 hours and it was very welcome not to have to pay an additional charge

No problems with parking

All went well, number recognition didn't pick my plate up on exit, but was all sorted promptly. Thank you, will continue to use FHR in the future.

Good car park, gets quite busy as expected and not a lot of spaces between cars, also was told to drive up to barrier and ref plate would be recognised but not the case entering and leaving the car park I had to press the buzzer and speak to someone to be let in/out other than that pleased overall.
