I have used your car park twice now and always very impressed with the service you get very quick to get you to your terminal and quick to pick up when arriving back. Good value and easy to find.

It was straight forward and very efficient when we dropped the car and also when we arrive back it was a phone call away.

My car came out smelling like weed. I had to get it professionally cleaned after to get the smell out. All i was offered was ‘i don’t know how it got like that’ Also the cars radio system had been messed with and the settings changed so was the mileage counter. So clearly someone had been in and used the car.

All staff were very friendly and it was easy to find. They gave very detailed instructions for getting the shuttle back too. However, everyone that worked there stunk of weed, hopefully not driving my car at the same time. And the shuttle drivers drove way too fast and a did not feel safe. Its a shame as these are easy fixes but we wouldn't use them again because of this and wouldn't recommend to anyone. I also called and asked for a receipt 7 times and still don't have one.

No issues with the parking but waiting 50mins to be picked up from our return flight is a disappointing to say the least

Thought it might be a bit of a hassle to park up at the muliti-storey in Wythenshawe but actually it was well signed and really easy. We also got their shuttle bus to and from the airport. Paid an extra £10 for shuttle (which wasn't advertised in the online booking which was a bit sneaky) but overall the parking and transfer was a good experience and I would definitely use them again. The staff were very cheery and pleasant which is always a good start to a holiday
