What is the drop-off procedure?
Its important you call us when you are 10-15 minutes away from the airport, to advise us your impending arrival at the airport. All customers will need to pay the chauffeur £5.00 (subject to change) on arrival to cover the exit fee from the terminal in their vehicle. Due to airport regulations, we are unable to return vehicles classified as "over-height" to any location other than the designated drop-off area for restricted heights. This area is classified as a drop-off zone by the airport, with a maximum stay of 10 minutes allowed at a cost of £6.00. If the vehicle remains in this zone for more than 10 minutes, a fee of £25.00 will apply.
What is the pick-up procedure?
On return to Manchester, please only call the vehicle collection number once you have all your luggage and the driver will advise where to meet. You will then be given the exit token and you will have to pay at the pay station the exit fee prior to exit.
What security measures does the car park have?
The secured compound is approx 3 miles from the airport, with electric gates, cameras

Drop off was easy, only had to wait a few minutes for driver, we changed drop off to a different place from that on the booking and it was no problem for them to drop off there. Great service.

Late picking car up from car park had to wait 15 mins advised as pickup from terminal but that's not the case had a bit of a walk with a disabled person

Excellent I was met at the airport within minutes of telephoning to say we were nearly there.. Phone call to arrange drop off was easy and warned that they may take a few minutes to get there due to heavy traffic . Vehicle inspected, signed over and receipt given by driver. On return the car was returned to me quickly and in good condition.

Very poor service, due to Meet & Greet had no record of my booking from FHR, we printed off booking prior to leaving to show Meet & Greet evidence we had booked. This is not service was poor as we where twenty minutes out when we rang Meet & Greet to inform them of our arrival.time at Manchester Airport. Very stressful.
