When you arrive, hand over your keys and staff will park your car while you head to the terminal. You don't even need to find a space yourself.
What is the pick-up procedure?
When you get back, just jump on the transfer bus and you'll be taken back to your car. Staff will have brought it back to the area outside of reception to wait for you.
What security measures does the car park have?
Car park will be manned 24 hours a day. CCTV, intruder alarms and floodlighting will also be in use.

Very poor customer service. I have give you no stars. We booked this car park in good faith before covid-19 reheard it’s ugly head I was contacted to say the car park was no longer operating and I would be up graded to meet and greet. This would of been fine but all flights had been cancelled into the USA, so I asked if I could move that booking to later in the year to be told no my reservation was non flexible. But you were phoning me to amend it, I didn’t want the meet and greet parking so why is it ok for you to change my booking but not me? I would not book anything else with your company, out of everything I had book to go to Las Vegas and New York you are the only company I didn’t get a refund off. If I had booked direct and seen as the car park was closed I feel I would of got a refund or been able to move my booking to another date. I work hard for my money and especially in these very trying time, 12 hour shifts up to 7 days in a row in full PPE looking after very poorly patients is no fun believe me, but you enjoy my £52 because you’ll never get another penny of me
