The car park has designated Blue Badge bays for travellers with reduced mobility next to bus stops A and B - you’ll need to display your badge while you’re away. Parking was easy and straight forward, picked up by bus and ferried to the terminal. Picking up car was just as easy prepaying was a breeze

Very pleased with your operation. From parking the car to entering the airport building took less than 10 minutes. On arrival back a coach was waiting at arrivals door and in 5 minutes back at the car. This is one of the very few times these days that I can honestly say `the system works` Thank you.

Parking fine and staff very helpful but no record of booking on arrival so on departure had via pay machine phone to talk to staff member quoting reg no, name, booking reference etc etc

The instructions and directions to the car park were great. The only issue was the clearing of the park as the ticket didn't recognise I had prepaid and was a slight delay for the help to agree. Previosly Southampton had an information desk where they gave you a prepaid ticket but not anymore! Unfortunately I didn't have the information to hand to see if I had done something wrong,.
