Southampton (Cruise Port) Airport Parking

Very straight forward and convinient for cruise line.

Excellent service can not fault will book again

Once we found the cruise parking, it was really easy. The staff were courteous, there was space for our vehicle. We did not need to leave the keys. My only gripe was that the sign to the car park was partial obscured and when driving it the rain, it was difficult to be able to concentrate on the road whilst looking for a sign. It would be really useful if there was a sign facing oncoming vehicles indicating the location.

Although we had to wait over an hour to get a transfer onto the ship owing to disembarkation issues, overall experience was good. However had it had been raining, not sure that standing in a queue in the open air for that length of time would have been acceptable.

Excellent drop off and pick up on return. The only downside is the car was covered in cement dust and seagull poo but will probably book again anyway.

Quick and efficient. We were dropped off within 15 mins of parking the car central to testing. Once we disembarked the ship we were back at our car within 15/20 mins. Great service from everyone we same into contact with.

Easy to find. On departure day only had to wait about 5 mins to be taken to the cruise terminal & the same on arrival day to be taken back to parking. Fast, efficient service.

Easy and simple parking - great staff

Everything about the booking was very good until we got to the carpark. The details and phone number for the taxi firm were not on the confirmation email. Luckily there was a man on site who had the phone number. Without this it would have been a long walk. The transfers once we had the number were very quick both ways.

Excellent service. We had to extend our stay at the parking and the service form BookFHR and Triangle Parking was excellent. The taxi drop off and pick up service is very well organised, timely and both drivers were friendly.

We always use FHR Airport parking but this is the first time we have used the Port Parking at S'ton. We chose it because although we were coming from the Midlands on our return we made a visit to family in Bournemouth. Hence because this parking was over the water from the cruise terminal it was very easy to get onto the M27 to Bournemouth. However the transfers were effortless, quick 15/20 mins, very helpful drivers who loaded /unloaded the luggage at the right place. They had a good procedure for us keeping them informed of what time the ship was coming in and when you personally would be disembarking. They also kept me informed of the minibus that would pick us up etc. We only waited 10 mins on return with our luggage and our car was ready for us on their carpark . Only slight problem was that we booked what was called Cruise Parking but it is now Penguin Parking, been taken over recently and renamed. It is in the middle of an industrial estate but use the post code given and it gets you there.

Very efficient and polite service. Arrived to be met by a representative who made us feel welcome and everything ran exceptionally smoothly. Only issue we had was on the return when we had to wait over an hour at the port due to congestion leaving the ship. I don't believe this was the parking company's fault as the port had closed one of the gates, however staff were very friendly and informative. So i'd recommend people leaving the ship early.

Very pleasant staff on drop off and pick up. Even gave us bottled water for journey home.

first class service on arrival and pickup for return to the car park. only problem was with the postcode. My satnav would not accept the postcode for your site. Possibly needs updating !!
