What is the drop-off procedure?
When you arrive at SACP, a member of our staff will process the necessary paperwork and then help you with your luggage onto the mini-bus. In no time at all you will be at the terminal. Our mini-buses run 24 hours per day and operate regularly.
What is the pick-up procedure?
Once you have your luggage, please make your way to the short say car park where you will see our mini-bus.

Your car will be going to a secure gated CCTV operated car park.

No size restrictions, but a charge of 1.5 times normal price for extra large vehicles/ long wheel base vehicles. Only closed on Xmas Day as there are no flights. You will need to leave your keys at this car park.

The booking in / and transfer to the airport you couldn’t fault but we were dropped at the long stay carpark at Southend and told we had to walk from there to the airport which was about 300 yards my partner is disabled and walks very slowly with a walking stick it was raining and we had 2 cases and 2 bags I was left with a bag and 2. cases to pull hence no hands left for an umbrella coming back we were told the pick up point was in Short stay car park less walking but no shelter from the rain it was in the middle of the car park next to the trolley park where at the entrance there was a closed in shelter I doubt that we will book with you at Southend in the future

Excellent service.Car park drop off point is very close to airport and mini bus drop off is right next to terminal entrance. Didn't have to wait long on either journey to be taken to/picked from airport
