Did exactly what it promised to do. I was running a tad early on my arrival, but l called as instructed and the driver was there in Zone C waiting to take the car. He was pleasant, friendly and polite. On our return, the car arrived about 15, maybe 20 minutes after l called as we walked through Customs and was handed over by a similarly friendly driver. If I’m honest, l was a bit surprised, having paid a relatively large amount, that l was then still expected to pay the £4 exit fee to leave the drop-off zone, but I’m sure it must have been in the small print somewhere. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints. Smooth, professional, friendly and efficient.
