What is the airport transfer frequency?

What is the drop-off procedure?
Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.
What is the pick-up procedure?
Return instructions will be provided to you at the car park office when you check in. Our meet point is Zone C on the terminal forecourt which is on the same level as departures and arrivals outside the terminal doors
What security measures does the car park have?
24 hour security including security fencing and gates and lighting and Park Mark.
Additional Information
No height restriction You are required to leave your keys and your car may be moved and stored in one of our Park Mark car parks, all located within the airport boundary.

When I first arrived I felt it looked poked a bit ‘makeshift’. However the service was excellent. I didn’t have to wait to be transported to the Airpoet or from the Airport when Zi arrived back. Extremely efficient service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again

Was easy to find and the staff were helpful and the transfer there and back was quick and easy. It just needs a toilet , we travelled a long way and needed the toilet to be presented with a portal's. Other than rhat was great. Will definitely use again

The services was really good , drop and pick up , good location , pick time was 23.30 night and rain , in the morning day after I have spot the grill was push back so someone damaged there , the company stated that they can’t give me ctv or they can’t investigate this as I didn’t raported this straight away, 100 procent sure some one on this car park done !!!

An easy system and a prompt drop off and pick up. But the staff were a bit grumpy and the driver poked fun of my name which wasn’t very professional to say the least.

I'd never been through this company before. Decent friendly lads, good value and only a small amount of money to be dropped at the airport. It took a little while to find them but then it was all good. I'd absolutely recommend them and I will be using them in their near future.

I have used this company for several years now, around 3-4 times a year, I can honestly say that I cannot fault there service, easy online booking, parking a doddle, drop off and collection also cannot fault. All staff are very courteous, professional and easy to converse with. In my experience I can only rate as Excellent. Thankyou, Merry Christmas and will see you again in the New Year of 2024

I do not recommend, I stayed at FHR/ILMAG from 5th of November to the 11th. I handed a £5 note to the man at the reception as instructed online and he instructed me to leave it in the bowl on the desk. On my return home I found that I was charged an additional £5 on my credit card as well. I complained to FHR and ILMAG, the reply I received was that I didn't pay £5 in cash so they charged my card. I think that it is a shabby way to handle cash. Why instruct customers to hand cash to the bus(airport charge)driver and charge our credit card as well? Surely that is dishonest. I have to say that the driver who dropped and collected me was great and spot on. Is there something fishy going on in the reception with a nice little earner for the reception person?
