The phone service was down but fortunately found the emergency mobile number to give them advance warning that we were due to drop off car. Still incredibly prompt collection and return faultless. Love this company, everyone so polite and helpful.

As usual the service was exceptional. Unfortunately due to a security alert at stansted airport upon our return, it took about an hour for us to receive our car back, however the I love meet and greet reps were doing all they could to assist in the circumstances and this wasn’t their fault at all.

Brilliant we phoned as we were coming out of the airport, we walked across to the flags and our car arrived

The service is very good, and I particularly like that they take your mileage before they take the car. The drivers are always polite and upbeat. I always use this company when I am travelling from Stansted.

Quite difficult to find rep at drop off and too much delay upon return for "meet & greet"
