What is the airport transfer frequency?

What is the drop-off procedure?
Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.
What is the pick-up procedure?
Return instructions will be provided to you at the car park office when you check in. Our meet point is Zone C on the terminal forecourt which is on the same level as departures and arrivals outside the terminal doors
What security measures does the car park have?
We have 24 hour security including security fencing and gates and lighting and Park Mark.
Additional Information
No height restriction You are required to leave your keys and your car may be moved and stored in one of our Park Mark car parks, all located within the airport boundary.

Easy to book online. Quite easy to find the car park at Stanstead. Didnt have to wait long for shuttle bus on arrival (less than 15 minutes).

Parking lot was easy to locate, being well sign posted. We were ahon exactly where to park, then go to reception to be. Checked in. Onward transport to Stansted airport was a very quick turnaround. Friendly drivers, who are willing to help with suitcases at both outward & return journey. Keep up the good work.

The parking was easy to find as the directions were well described. Lots of spaces and the drop-off was easy. A decent-sized coach took us to the terminal. Everything was very clear and easy. I will be using again.

Very good service. We did not have problems with finding it and on the way back back when we rang ( while we were waiting in zone C) they arrived within 3-5 minutes. I could recommend It to everyone. .

Don’t like unmade surface (bearing in mind that two months ago I used Maple just over the road which has tarmac and still got 2 punctures). Plus I thought I’d come to the wrong entrance at first with the locked gate.Liked the staff though and everything was quick and efficient. Putting yes for use again, but am dubious about the surface.

Usual good service, pleasant staff, no waiting around or dropping off round large car parks .We had previously booked the car park then lockdown happened, the company gave us a voucher to use at a later date, how generous, why couldn't the airline we were travelling with do the same!
